Roddy permantly in the rotation now?

I sure think so. But I mainly wanted to post this clip from draft day. Such honest emotion.

March 11, 2023. The day Roddy goes into the rotation and stays there, imo. Rare when fans can ID the exact date. 

Also, a new death lineup? Jaren, Dillon, Roddy, Des and Tyus? Ja replaces Tyus when he comes back. Rookies usually are pretty bad on the road, so maybe Taylor goes with Santi on the road. Or Xavier if we are facing a physical lineup.

And, most of all, forever and always, there is no longer any debate that Roddy has replaced our bust of a #10 draft pick in the roatation. Hallelujah!

As usual, even on the upside, you never miss an opportunity to insult.

I've been pro-Roddy from early on, but young players shots are up and down.

I honestly hope his stay up.

Roddy deserves to be in the rotation especially with BC out.    His versatility is gonna pay dividends.  Everything he did tonight is completely within his skillset.  Even down to the almost nice pass to Tillman on the break.   I kept telling folks Roddy is only other perimeter guy that can get to the rim off the bounce outside of Ja and Bane.  

Maybe Roddy breakout is the silver-lining of the BC injury.  Like the Adams injury allowed Tillman to breakout.    
 

I wouldnt be surprised to see Roddy in SL this summer playing primary playmaker role like bane did.   I also wouldn't be surprised if Roddy provides good minutes in a playoff game too.

maybe finally ppl can see that  Melton +Picks for Roddy+Luke was a good deal for both parties.

Roddy's shooting percentages were atrocious to start the season. He's gradually improving on that. Like you point out he can actually penetrate and be a playmaker which is something we sorely need.

I like him because he's actually versatile. He can truly play the 3 or 4. He ended up closing the game out at the 4, which obviously worked pretty well. 

The reality is, if they 3 ball continues to fall, he does everything else well enough that he should be a permanent fixture.

Yep that's why i like him playing on the wing.   He understands how to use his strength and size to his advantage.

Yep it was a few of us actually debating posters on here why Roddy should be playing over Jitty.   Im sure they wont acknowledge that.

Before you dislocate your elbow patting yourself on the back, who didn't want Roddy to play more? If there is one player who pretty unanimously has the support of this board, it's Roddy, imo.

And Roddy and Jiity play different positions anyway. Roddy is always - ok almost always because you will go find some garbage time minutes where he as nomally a 2 - in with two guards. LIke last night down the stretch with Tyus and Des. Konch is a 2 guard.

Many here were begging not to play Ziaire anymore at the 3. And use Roddy or go 3 guard or Santi or the guy who sells porpcorn instead of Ziarie.  Because, you know, Ziaire sucks at basketball.
