Yessir! But to be fair I was a Tennessean for 47 years before moving to Arkansas 5 years ago. What's up with personal property and state income taxes?  Never paid either in my life until I moved here. LOL

Well, they aren’t too much compared to other  states. I guess you didn’t live in Memphis. Don’t they have wheel taxes and higher property taxes.

yeah memphis for 25 years. dyer county the first 20 years.  tn gets you on the sales tax and yes property tax too
