I didn’t click on the link due to lack of interest. Was he nice to them AND he terrified them?

Yes.

Then I guess the front office was half-solaced.

Lol. True.

Kleiman has been very disappointly silent during this whole ordeal. Pera too. Really bad how they put Taylor out there to answer Ja questions, while they are unavailable to the media.

Well they don’t talk much normally, right?

My guess is they’re just keeping quiet to not give these stories anymore life. Just wait it out until the next controversy comes along and this dies down. The way the thousands of media outlets dissect and disparage everything there’s no winning with any media response.

I'm hoping that is sarcasm that I missed. "Good to se Ja at least being somewhat respectul" to strippers is an awfully low bar.  And I know noboby ever reads the linked articles, but it also said this:

"This time he broadcast himself on Instagram Live as he dangled a gun and belted the lyrics to “Bring ‘Em Out” by the rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again.

Deborah Dunafon the majority owner of Shotgun Willie’s, confirmed Morant was a repeat customer on March 2 and 4.

. . .

The gun, however, “absolutely terrified” Shotgun girls in the backroom, claimed one dancer who wasn’t in the VIP room but heard complaints from her coworkers.

“He pulled the white boy excuse card: ‘I’m just going through a lot right now, so I’m going to act [like] a fool and put other people’s lives at risk,’” she said."

He obviously had something that resembled a small pistol, but this comment doesn’t carry much weight:

claimed one dancer who wasn’t in the VIP room but heard complaints from her coworkers.

Then there’s this

Dunafon said that she and police reviewed the security footage from Morant’s now-infamous second night, and claimed “nobody saw a gun.”

No. But still no excuse.

When your star player is suspended for acting like an idiot, Kleiman should answer media questions. The sports media in Memphis is kind of a joke, so he knows he can get away with it. If this happened in other markets, that would never happen.

Now you're denying that Ja had a gun?

And we wonder how 23-year old stars feel enabled to act the fool.

And then she re-quoted from the story "nobdy saw a gun". However we saw the gun, because the dumbass put it in his IG live performacne.

Ok, I’ll have to fully explain it. Yes, we know he had something from the IG video. The quote about it terrifying people was from someone that wasn’t even in the room. That was just sensationalizing things. In truth, when they reviewed the video, they couldn’t even tell that he had a gun. So, he wasn’t waving it around and scaring people. Maybe when he was getting a lap dance he said “Why yes, that is a gun in my pocket.”

Are you trying to beat GTF in rationalizing?

Why exactly do you think Ja is suspended? For having {edit} give him a lap dance?

Geez, how many times do I have to say he had a gun. I was just commenting on the sensational claim that he was terrifying people with it.

Ok. I don't get the relevance, but ok.

I don’t see the Denver police department dropping the case either if he’s terrifying people by waving a gun.

Strip clubs are dark anyways…at least until the lights come on at 6:00.

Ghost uses logic to point out that the evidence, the video record, doesn't support the media "quote" about Ja displaying the gun and scaring the dancers. That "quote" is from someone who was not there, not in the room, and your response is

"Now you're denying that Ja had a gun?"

That's logic 101.

Do you somehow have money on this?

As is par for the course with your posts, they make zero sense.

So proud this guy is the face of our franchise. It's probably just a very, very realistic water pistol. Lol.

Will say one thing, and this is not to let Ja off the hook for the many terrible decisions he's made in the last 9 months: that photo the New York Post included in the article with his Grizzlies shorts is literally from right after a game they won from last year. Don't even have to look closely to notice the "Spalding" in the background. Kind of silly to even include it and even try to infer that he's wearing his shorts to a strip club lol.

Ja Morant.
