I thank you for that reply, because you usually throw in some Ziaire trashing at this point.

Thank you. Ziaire's PER at 5.9 now, and I really think he's turning the corner.

I believe Ziaire will turn the corner.

In another thread, you impied that I was bad at judging talent. I asked you, other than Ziaire, to justify the statement. You didn't reply.

I ask you now to be honest and tell us the Grizzlies players that you were wrong about.

I think Jackson and Adams are on the list, and I think you wanted to sell short on Santi until the Summer League. Who are the others?

Emotionally charged topic…

Equally emotionally charged responses.

thanks for keeping it clean

and… not crossing the line.

for the record - I am so thankful that cell phones , the internet , and cameras were not as readily available when I was in my twenties as they are today…

Gotta add - everyone loves a good redemption story.

This one is going to be EPIC

Go Memphis

Go Grizz

and

GO JA !!!

I’m pulling for him to come out on the other side of this smarter, more mature, and an even better player.

I believe he’s locked in … putting in the work he needs to achieve his goals and I hope the people around him understand their roles in helping him succeed - both on and off the court.

I knew I shouldn't have used the word "honest."

😀 Gotcha man.

It's so absurd that it's funny now. Open the link and look at these photos of Ja at Shotgun Willies. Dollar bills covering everthing. Ja seems to be doing a great job handling his money - paying strippers and a bunch of loser hangers on.

King Dork blames the media in 3 . . . 2 . . .1 . . .  Oh, wait a minute, this only happend a week ago, so maybe it meets Dork's journalistic practices and standards.

Poor Nike and Powerade.

I wonder how much they had to pay for those pics. Absolutely ridiculous, even still wearing his uni. This is a legendary story you tell years later, where people are unsure if it’s 100% accurate or greatly embellished - dollar bills completely covering the ground! But, not something you want with pictures in the NY Post a week later.  At least he was respectful and wasn’t drinking.

“This kid, real young, was exceptionally respectful, and sweet and he did not drink [on his second visit],” Dunafon, 72, said. “We’ve had [Denver] Nuggets and Broncos … come in and pitch quarters at the girls, be disrespectful and nasty. He’s marvelous.”

Jesus. What a nightmare. And he, his family, and his idiot entourage have brought it all on himself/themselves. Almost Shakespearean.

If the police would have charged him for beating up the 17 year-old last summer, maybe the 4 other things don't happen after?

Of course, there could be 20 other things we don't even know about. Seems the Grizz and Ja's camp been covering up a lot.

One would have to believe that this is the sort of thing that is a come to Jesus moment for Ja and his family.

I wouldn’t necessarily call it a coverup.  Not like they would call a press conference to announce the Morant family got in a verbal altercation at a HS Volleyball game. More like damage control.

I think the mom and dad are probably beyond hope. Like the Ball kids did with LaVar, Ja just needs to get away from them. Send them back home.

Then start dealing with the unemployed hangers on going through his money.

Is Ja married? We see the daughter all the time. Maybe she can threaten to take half his money unless he straightens up, and scare Ja into behaving?

No, him and his college sweetheart that is the mother of his daughter broke up over 2 seasons ago. It was quiet, but we can now see he probably wasn’t ready to settle down. Since then he’s been rumored to have seen Drake’s ex, NBA Young Boy’s baby momma, Latto’s sister, and possibly other Instagram models that only date athletes or musicians.

Yeah, I think we are safe in assuming Ja wasn't ready to settle down.

That picture above was probably a come for Jasus moment!

I’d be embarrassed to pitch quarters at dancers. That just reeks of low character and cheapness. Good to see Ja at least being somewhat respectful except for the uniform wearing part. Wouldn’t that be dirty from the game?

I'm hoping that is sarcasm that I missed. "Good to se Ja at least being somewhat respectul" to strippers is an awfully low bar.  And I know noboby ever reads the linked articles, but it also said this:

"This time he broadcast himself on Instagram Live as he dangled a gun and belted the lyrics to “Bring ‘Em Out” by the rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again.

Deborah Dunafon the majority owner of Shotgun Willie’s, confirmed Morant was a repeat customer on March 2 and 4.

. . .

The gun, however, “absolutely terrified” Shotgun girls in the backroom, claimed one dancer who wasn’t in the VIP room but heard complaints from her coworkers.

“He pulled the white boy excuse card: ‘I’m just going through a lot right now, so I’m going to act [like] a fool and put other people’s lives at risk,’” she said."

Sarcasm? No. Silver lining I guess. Just going by the nice quote from whoever was quoted from Shotgun Willie’s stating that he wasn’t as bad as other professional ball players that frequent their establishment.

I'm sure the Front Office takes great solace that Ja was nice to the strippers he terrified by waiving a gun in front of.

I didn’t click on the link due to lack of interest. Was he nice to them AND he terrified them?
