I got stuck doing some honey-do chore BS and now finally can try to replay the games in bits and chunks. 

Looks like Adams had a very JV like 15/16 box score.  (6 turnovers in 24 minutes though ?)

I'm a BC fan but can somebody tell him the 3-ball isn't his thing?

adams is gong to thrive in jenkins system just like JV did...wouldn't be suprised if he averaged 15 and 12

Those Charlotte announcers were certainly impressed with Adams as a Grizz.

And why am I stuck watching the Charlotte announcers anyway?  Same with the pre-season NHL hockey.... been stuck listening to the opposing announcers when the Preds have been on.  Is this a money-saving thing and you get the normal territorial home-cooking broadcast as soon as the regular season starts?

Yesterday, kiwi made JV looking like a trash in terms of impact on both the game and teammates. Unlike JV, Adams can pass, defend, and keep up with the team’s high pace. Teammates are just flourishing around him. It is so noticeable. Whereas JV was always about himself on the floor, and his teammates were required to spend lots of efforts covering his weaknesses.

Our FO just fkd NO with this trade. We traded up in both rounds while getting a better player plus 1st 2022. That was the robbery ladies and gentelmen.

I was somewhat reminded of marc gasol last night watching adams. adams looked like a more athletic mg out there. granted, it was a pre-season game- I get that for sure, but the point remains.

I guess the Bally "southeast" or whatever it is was too cheap to pick up the Memphis games for the preseason? I noticed that too, where Bally was playing some fishing show so I had to go find a stream. 

Adams looks good. I don't think he's used to having someone as capable as Ja at point, and isn't ready for some of these great passes. If he and Ja get some chemistry going and everyone stays healthy, we should be a playoff team. 

Got my season tix so super hyped to be at every home game ? (except i'm going to sell my Lakers tickets and pay for 10 other games ?)

Regarding the Charlotte announcers - I feel your pain, me too.

I like the way Adams runs hard back on defense.   And he made some really good give and go passes during the game.

By the way, even though the program guide showed there was going to be some redneck fishing show on that channel last night (It did on DirectStream anyway).... the game was certainly on.

The incorrect program guide makes it harder to DVR a game to watch later.

I believe NBA League Pass is free for the pre-season and you can tape it there. I am hopeful that the proper programming comes back for the regular season.

The '22 pick is the Lakers pick right?  

We have tons of picks coming up and our roster is already full.  

Hopefully we trade up in the next few drafts.

... it's early, but I think that is a solid take on Steven Adams.
