Don’t we need a generic NBA thread for non Grizz posts?

Hate Devin Booker, but love the spirit. And doesn’t NBA Central have too many *’s to hide the slur?

I don't know how much I would post in this thread, but I wouldn't mind reading what the guys are saying.

Steph with 62 points in 36 minutes just now in a win versus the Blazers. Fun to watch.

Here’s the last 3 to get to 62. Dray gets the rebound, dribbles down court, drop pass to Steph and then clears out space for him to shoot. People don’t understand how awesome Dray used to be.

At the risk of sounding like Chip - the answer is no.

There already  is a place for those threads - https://boards.grizzliesonline.com/forum/6-nba-talk/

This particular section of the board's is Grizzlies related ONLY.

Moderators, please sort this out

Is it poor form to say another player is your favorite player while you are a current player?

I think that's a St. Louis connection.

Feel so bad for Markell Fultz. Torn ACL.  That guy has gone through so much and was finally rounding out.

Wow. Poor guy. At least he signed an extension before getting injured.

Cole Anthony's shot at rookie of the year just exponentially increased.

Now with Gallo hurt as usual too I knew the Hawks tossed money down the drain this offseason.

At least it's not the same knee he had issues before. An avulsion fracture is bad but in the end it's a broken bone, if the ligament isn't affected he should come back fine. Gallo has always been injured, so no argument there.

Rafael Stone has done a pretty good job so far.

  • Got two 1sts from Portland for Robert Covington.
  • Signed Christian Wood for 3 years/$41M.
  • Got a first out of the Wizards for John Wall, who looks better than Westbrook so far.
  • Got Dipo, 4 1sts and 4 swaps for Harden.

I'm sure there are other moves too, but not bad considering he walked into the job with his 2 stars wanting out.

Pacers are so smart by never signing guys into huge deals into their early 30's-mid 30's.  Since Bird took over from Jalen Rose, Brad Miller, Ron Artest, Jermaine O'Neal, Danny Granger, Roy Hibbert, Lance Stephenson, Paul George, George Hill, now Oladipo its seems that they always have their players in their prime and can project when not to give them that next grossly overpaid deal.

Yep, wish we would have had the ammo to get in on the LeVert deal.

They should look to flip Victor, but they also gave away picks in the Russ deal.
