Yes you did. And it was just as misinformed then.

misinformed how...you don't understand the fact that millions of people are going to have to live with the fact that their loved one died from a pandemic...what ever.

Hope the Grizzlies stay — although the way Silver is running the league into a ditch (aside from the WHOflu), I think the whole thing may fold.

I am about two weeks away from being two weeks away from not caring anymore.

HUGE! Second French Study by Dr. Raoult finds Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin Helped EVERY PATIENT in Study Group of 80 Minus One

By Jim Hoft
Published March 27, 2020 at 10:18pm, thegatewaypundit.com

Me (GameOn):  Looks promising! In this 2nd study by Dr. Raoult, MD, PhD, he doubled the size of his study and achieved the same results as his 1st study. One 86 year old patient died, but apparently this patient was already knocking on heaven's door at the start of the study. A doctor in NY State also has done a study with 350 patients and got similar results. Researchers in other countries have also done studies and got similar results. Are you starting to notice a pattern here???

NY City began treating some patients with this protocol last week. The results should be released by the Coronavirus Task Force by Monday or Tuesday. If the results are similar to the other studies, this could be a GAME CHANGER! Also note, that Monday is the last day of the "15 days to slow the spread" campaign. So, by Monday or Tuesday, a decision will have to be made whether or not to extend the campaign. Or the campaign could be modified. Fingers crossed ...

Must have been Lausanne. We know not to use double superlatives at Snowden.

Man, I can walk to Snowden from my house in five minutes. My boys might be going there whenever school starts again, but I’m having second thoughts knowing Sub went there. 🤪

Y’all are killing me 🤣😭 Don’t make me dig out the yearbook to prove that’s what it said! And yes, it was Lausanne. Although, grade school at Snowden was no joke (especially with the howler monkeys whooping in up constantly across the street at the zoo constantly driving all the kids into a frenzy).

Probably a good thing I only went to Lausanne for 1.25 years. They kicked me out in 9th grade

In a presser today (Sunday), President Trump said status quo will continue.

So, "15 days to slow the spread", is now "30 more days to slow the spread" (until April 30).

No basketball in April. Maybe May?

The CDC is expecting the number of deaths to peak in mid April. Hopefully, all the medical trials going on all over the world will find a good solution (or multiple solutions) for preventing death. Then deploy the treatment everywhere and quickly.

Update to NY City:  the trial only started on Friday and 1100 patients will be in the trial. The treatment is hydroxychloroquine/Z-Pak. So we will see the results within a week. I hope it works. I wonder how many people will be able to self-isolate until the end of April, without going batsh*t crazy?

Thanks Bro. Test done, result coming this afternoon... Keep safe, try to keep your mind strong, it's hard when you stick at home ( with no Grizz game) but there is no other option.

I just read ITW form Faucy, consellor of Trump and specialist of disease who estimate at min 38 000 deaths in US ( and 100 000 to 200 000 in the worst case.)..freaking scary.... Stay home and protect your family. Go Grizz.

This a function of more testing. Not trying to ignore the severity of it but I think Memphis like the rest of the U.S. has done more testing in the past few days than the previous weeks combined or something. Obviously people need to take precautions but I think the numbers we are seeing is because we are having more tests done and detecting it more.

There obviously has to be a peak to this, but we just dont know what it is. After the peak then you will see the impact of social distancing.

Sunday night the FDA issued emergency authorization for the use of the Hydroxychloroquine treatment for Covid-19. So any doctor that has hospitalized patients can now prescribe the treatment. Previous to the FDA approval, you had to be part of a clinical trial to get the treatment. Within 1-2 weeks, there is going to be MUCH more data on the efficacy of this treatment. Fingers still crossed.
