JV needs to do a good job on Jokic defensively. Can't allow him to go off. They'll be down both Jamal Murray and Paul Millsap, but there still always going to be a tough out. Porter Jr has really stepped up for them lately, so we'll have to contain him as well.

We'll see if we get Crowder back for this one. I think starting Kyle would be fine again for this game because he'll be able to guard Craig perfectly fine. They actually size up with Murray out. You could start Melton and let him guard Gary Harris and just let Morant guard Craig since he isn't exactly an offensive threat.

Big game, I hope for a W, if we wanna make Playoffs

spots 5 Mavericks, 6 Rockets, 7 Thunder,  all at 28 wins.   Grizzlies at 22.      One, maybe two, of those 28 win teams could fall and be within reach.

Denver is in a tough stretch.

They just played Houston twice and the Pelicans within the past week.

After this game, they face Utah and Bucks.

And Nuggets are dealing with some injuries: Milsaps, a Plumlee, Gary Harris, Jamal Murray, and Michael Porter Jr. are either injured or just returning from injuries.

I hope we see JJ getting some time if the game isn't close - if we're getting blown out by 30ish, there's no reason he couldn't get 4th quarter minutes, heck, the whole quarter. His problems are his head first and foremost, showing that the team trusts him as long as he keeps everything under control could help both his confidence and (if he turns out to be good and we want to keep him) our chances to resign him.
