That was a cheap move by Devin. The refs should have laughed that one off, but he gets the star call.

I'm just wondering if Melton did something to get into the doghouse.  He didn't get reinserted after his stint in the third period, and some of the substitutions seemed odd when it looked as if we could use him.  He didn't look too happy sitting on the sideline either.

Surprised we didn’t challenge that last foul on Jaren

This, TJ has to challenge those type of call.

Dang Morant may be the real deal

He is, he really is, I hope they dont give Zion ROY just because media wants it.

Agree it was a weak call, but Jaren did make slight and gentle contact to Booker's face.

I just don't think it would have been overturned.

He was having a good game, so yeah, it's strange why TJ benched him. Hope he's not hurt. JV banged up his left knee pretty good tonight, so I hope he's available for the Denver game.

Solomon hill and Anderson instead of Melton, wtf?

Because he's constantly turning the ball over in crucial moments.

Mr. Fourth?

The Closer?

Wow, it's tough to come up with something. Anyone else got ideas?

I hope Ja still gets ROY, but did you see Zion's 3 minute spurt in the 4th quarter against the Spurs? Wow, 17 points including 4 made 3's in a row.

I don't know what happened that JV did not get more points.    He had 10 pts. in the first quarter.   Then added only 2 for the rest of the game.

He only had 5 shots tonight (and made all 5). He wasn't getting touches tonight, on a night where he should have been feasting.

The Spurs  let him shoot. I would be surprised if he shot over 33% from three

Why? Jaren made contact with Booker. There was no way that the refs were overturning that call. Not worth losing a timeout over.

Yep. It doesn't look smart when JV gets into good position just to see somebody launching a three-pointer. After that he doesn't have enough time to regroup to fight for the offensive rebound.

Still, Memphis uses him much better than Toronto ever did.
