So what is the strategy or reason for picking these guys up and dropping them after about 48 hours?

Why?

I think it means they get 50k and they go to the hustle without having to go through any g league drafts or waivers but I'm not 100%

So far it does appear the FO has a strategy - from the summer deals to the roster management to the Hustle.

Will be an interesting season to see how things shake out for a lot of players.

We either need shooters or backup centers.

I think the 3 positions of the Brave New NBA era aka the ABA's Golden Age aka the NBA's Attitude Era are gonna be POINT GUARD, SHOOTERS, CENTER.

Basically, get your point guard and your center and then space the floor with SHOOTERS.

All these signings were a mess but if they go to the Hustle we are going to be pretty fun to watch
