    2019-20 Roster Predictions

Couldn’t have said it better myself +1
  2. I agree. I believe Tyus has a ton more upside than Delon.
  3. This could end up being a big time move for us. You lose a guy like Jevon Carter and get Tyus Jones. Jones has a lot more upside than Delon. We win this if Min doesn’t match

Grizzlies get Josh Jackson from Suns

Yeah always had faith in JC. Have watched him since his freshman years at WVU. Sucks he gets traded to the dumpster fire organization Suns. But it’s a business. I’ve been a Grizzlies fan since 2002. Putting my personal beliefs aside. Let’s go Grizz!

I hate we got rid of Carter but good return.

    Chancun Depreciation Thread

Thank you for showing us how stupid our previous front office was. I hope we never sign any other divas like Parsons. Contributed absolutely nothing but headache to this organization. Good riddance.

    Chancun traded

Parsons was such a tool bag. Glad he is gone. Doesn’t seem like this new FO is messing around. Mistakes won’t happen like this Parsons deal from the old FO.

    Grizzlies sign Marko Guduric

    So G League?
  15. As I sit and ponder from my small Appalachian Mountains community in West Virginia about the Grizzlies, something seems to keep showing up in my head. Change and Identity. I have been a member of this fan forum since 2009, some remember me, most don't. I have been a reserved poster for the past couple years as I have decided to just sit back and read the boards. Some of you have great ideas, and should be in the FO (Chip). What I have concluded over the past few months is we are in a pivotal point of our franchise. Change is a good thing. We should be welcoming this change with open arms, which most of us are. But this is a very exciting time for the Memphis Grizzlies as we enter a new identity. Obviously the Grit and Grind times are over, but boy was it fun while it lasted. We are now getting younger. Tonight is the most important step in the direction of this franchise. Whatever we decide to do (I will not be putting any hypotheticals in this essay) is the single most important night of this franchises history. Who do we select? Is it the right choice? What is our Identity? How will this player fit in with the mold? What type of offense will we have with Taylor Jenkins running the show? Those are all questions we all are pondering about. This franchise is finally headed into the right direction. We have young assets and are about to draft two more pieces to the puzzle. The new FO seems as if they are going to put us in a spot to be successful. It is definitely hard to say goodbye to Mike Conley and Marc Gasol, but change happens to all of us, even sports franchises. The difference between us and an organization is the organization has to stay ahead of the change. Know 100% what they want our identity to be. What we do tonight starts our new identity. We are obviously waving in a youth organizational direction. We have to believe in Zach Kleiman, which will be easy to do after an embarrassing job Chris Wallace done. We have to believe in Robert Pera, Jason Wexler, and Taylor Jenkins. All young guys. This could be very exciting as we try to break the mold. Identity and Change is upon us. Sit back and enjoy the ride.

Certainly wouldn't entertain bringing in Lin, R. Lopez or Zaza. Sign JV, Wright and Noah. Waive Parsons, Bradley, and Korver. Let Dorsey, Holiday and Zeller walk. Play Wright at primarily back up PG and sometimes at SG. Gets Carter some minutes who will be more than capable this season, possibly will even be pushing Delon out of minutes at back up PG. Morant/ Wright or Carter (Depending on match-ups) Brooks/ Allen/ Wright or Miles Anderson/ Crowder/ Miles Jackson Jr./ Clarke/ Bruno JV/ Noah/Rabb That's 14 guys, 13 dress of course. Yuta (two-way)

    Why even waste our time?
  22. My gut is telling me he will be back
  23. We would be ahead to just eat the money and waive him instead of a buyout.
