Sounds like different blogs in the Denver area are focusing in an Iggy trade: Sporting News: Nuggets Looking to get Iggy

Yes, he signed with the Pels. I think various sites are being updated piecemeal. I'm sure by early next week, everything will be updated since everything will be official. I mean, Hoopshype has us with Parsons contract AND Solomon Hill's contract so.. I think Beasley is probably the most likely with Murray's extension and Gary Harris.

    Dwight to Memphis (sources say)

He was injured most of last year. I think he had surgery or something. He only played 9 games for the Wiz.

Look how many stars OKC has had. I wonder if they get rid of Westbrook will they turn into just another small market team relying on the lottery and can't hit on a star

I don't think any contender wants him. They tried that in HOU and LAL and he completely flamed out. I'm not talking about his on court play but with his attitude. He's been bouncing around ever since. There's a reason he's on an expiring $5 mil contract. No one wants to put up with him, his antics and bs.

    Welcom De'Anthony Melton

I don't know who good or non-good this guy will be, but the irony is, he was basically one of our draft picks: Here's an ESPN college preview of him:

Kyle has a 15% trade kicker. He could waive it but I wouldn't if I were him.

Well, he has back to back team options so just pick up the first.

Well, it's a team option for the following year. If he plays well, pick it up if not let him go as an expiring but I don't see a deal like this happening. It could, but just seems unlikely.

I would flip HOU and DEN and I would flip Utah and GS. i'm not sure how good NOP will be. They have some player that couldn't win with AD and added some players who couldn't win with Lebron, now all of a sudden with Zion all of these guys are going to win?I'm just not a believer yet. I think Dallas has a lot of holes too. This year should be Tankathon 2.0 (or is it 3.0) for us to get a dominant scoring wing (or Wiseman if that happens) We should have no business trying to win this year, just stay entertaining. There are no FA gets next summer either that I would like to see us spend big money on. Just keep collecting assets, make a trade and draft top 6. Then the year after next is when we start trying to win.

If a deal like that popped up with two serviceable expiring contracts, multiple picks and cap space, the Grizz better jump on that as soon as possible.

We need to trade or waive him asap. Hopefully some team will absorb his little paltry $5 mil salary and free up more space for us. If they don't have a trade by early next week, just waive this idiot.

We almost have to re-sign Delon now. I thought Cook would have been a good get but there's no reason for him to come here when he can stay in Cali and play with Lebron and AD.

    AB waived

I think we see now that he wasn't dragging his feet. There were several things going on. He initially tried to recruit KD and no success there. So then he recruited Paul George and PG and his agent went to OKC and told them to trade him to either the Raptors or Clippers. So the past few days OKC had been working on trades for PG and Kawhi was going to sign wherever they traded George either Toronto or LAC. I always say I just humble myself because none of us have any idea what's going on behind closed doors and furthermore, most of the information leaked is misinformation. The word was it was a 99% certainty Kawhi would sign with the Raptors, then the word was the Clippers are 100% out. These FO and agents tell the media anything to keep the drama up.

Paul George demanding a trade makes me wonder if in the future any star will automatically head to a large market team on the coast.

I don't understand why they extended the deadline.I guess they were trying to help him get teh guaranteed money. From my understanding, we could only use his guaranteed salary in a trade as far as what we get back but the other team would have to be able to absorb his full $12.9 mil salary. That's difficult to find unless a team had a lot of cap space. But even then, they have no reason to pay him $12.9 mil They could wait until he gets waived and give him the minimum and get the same player. It was too complicated to make something work imo. It was real simple, either keep him and play him (which was too expensive for what we're trying to do) or waive him and save almost $11 mil.

We'll probably use the MLE as well. These moves more than likely give us enough to pay Delon an duse teh full MLE and stay under teh luxury tax line. I just don't see anybody to use the MLE on other than maybe Jabari Parker and use him as a scorer off of the bench.
