He's the only guy I would trade up to get.

Scared to death the Hawks get him.

Maybe I am giving Atlanta too much credit.

At 4, Bamba would be a no brainer.

If we don't like the twin towers thing, we can trade Marc to wherever Luka ends up (getting back at least Chriss, TJ Warren, contracts, 16, and a future 1st round pick).

Yeah, he is a high post guy who loves to pass, has finally embraced the 3 point shot (maybe a bit too much) and is better at boxing out and being the secondary rebounder than being the alpha rebounder on a team.  Marc blocks shots but is not a classic rim protector -- also gives you solid all-around team defense.

Marc/Bamba could end up being the best young/old twin towers combo since Duncan and Robinson.

You could also stagger each guy's minutes with Jam as the other big.  Parsons gets his minutes as a stretch 4 and you no longer have to count on anything out of the J Mart/Rabb/DD trio.

It would also make the 32nd pick easier.

I think the second run on bigs happens around 10 through 20 or 25.

I think Bagley and Ayton are top 3. My choices right now are

1. Porter

2. Bamba

3. Doncic.

I think only Ayton and Doncic are locks for the top 3, which leaves Bagley, Bamba, JJJ, Young and Porter to fill out the next 5.

Combine + personal workouts could shift guys around.  Right now it looks like Ayton, Doncic, Bagley, JJJ, Young, Bamba and Porter as 1-7.  However, after workouts, guys like Bamba, JJJ and Young could make moves into the top 3-4 on teams boards, dropping Bagley or even Doncic to 4-7.  Porters health could be the difference between top 3 and 7-8.

Gonna be interesting to see how it shakes out over the next 3 weeks.

Any news about the combine measurements other than Bamba's crazy wingspan? Im really wanna know what numbers Porter, Bagley and Young will have there.

I expect Bamba stock to rise and maybe he will go into the top 3. Anyways, if he impresses enough in interviews and workouts, I wouldn't mind picking him at #4. If he moves up then we would just take Bagley. What I am most against is trading down for some lower tiered guys. Only trade down if we are so certain that the guy we will be there. And the guys I think we should only consider are Bagley, Bamba, Doncic, Porter and Young. No JJJ, No Carter, No Bridges pls.
