Wait a minute. He's "not concerned with the wins or losses, but the development?"

Of course, that's what's important to the team, but W's and L's are always important to the coach.

Yeah, this is really sounding like this move is part of a larger plan that they have all already talked about.

Sounds like they are ignoring his Vancouver stretch. At least Hollins is acting like that wasn't a "real" head coaching job.
