I was in the AAA last week for the Heat/Nets game. Nice arena, but the atmosphere wasn't as exciting as FEF (maybe it's just a playoff thing). Anyways, Miami isn't a scary matchup for Memphis. I think this is a W.

This game is going to be just as important that the coach makes the right moves as "the Core" all playing well and making a mark on the game. Despite what some think, Spoelstra is a good coach and he's going to have strategies in place to combat our threats (zbo inside, MC11 attacking the rim, Miller's 3 shot, Gasol ball distribution inside). We are going to need to create other and new threats as well as strategies to stop theirs (LBJ, Wade, 3 pt shooting)

We can matchup well if we play the Grizz power game, Mike can get penetration and Courtney and Mike Miller are on target. I'd like to see a big, strong, athletic body like JJ on LBJ at some point in time to make him work for the shot and attempt to keep him out of the paint.

Any word on LeBron's status? He sat out the Boston game with back spasms.

Imo, Spoelstra was saving LeBron for a much tougher opponent like the Grizz. Turns out he was wrong about the Celtics; but probably figured he could rest up LeBron against a weak Eastern team like Boston and still beat them.

I would be very surprised if LeBron's back spasm haven't cleared up when they play the Grizz.

I would not be mad at all if LeBron sat this one out.

If the godawful celtics can beat the heat then we can. Not the best way to look at it, but it makes me feel better about playing them lol.

Haven't posted in a while but been checking the boards about twice a week to keep up on discussions. I would love to snag this one, beating Miami just carries a certain confidence around the league. Go Grizz!!

I'm surprised the Heat isn't on ESPN for this one. *Gasp*

Good indicator of where the Grizz are against the NBA's elite.

A win is certainly possible, but if not a win, I hope to see the game tight in the last 90 seconds.

ESPN is showing it in Aus and NZ. Don't know if they are using their own commentators or the Heat's coverage. Wish it was Pete and Brevin, though

Wish it was them all the time. Can't stand National TV commentators especially during the playoffs.

would love to win this one, could be a statement game, especially if we win B2B vs Pacers.

gotta see some JJ on LeBron (if he plays) though, if DJ sticks with Prince throughout this whole game its borderline crazy. JJ has the strength and athleticism that could almost control LeBron

What's the over/under on the game clock before someone starts complaining about not putting JJ in the game? I'm going with 10:40 left in the secord quarter. The should give LeBron enough time to warm up and start the first call for JJ.

I'll take the same time mark, but in the first quarter. There's some heavy Johnson love out there amongst some fans.
