We looked great against Portland, but we gotta get this one too or the Portland game is a wash. Hopefully GsW will help us out tonight and we can take the 7th spot from Dallas too. Go Grizz!!

0-3, with average loss of 8 points.

There should be no motivation problems for this game.

Glad tonight's wasn't too close, so I'm hoping for not let up.

A.Davis will get his.........if the team can contain the other guys and our backcourt out plays theirs, WIN for the Grizz.

No better timing to break the 0-3

We owe these birds. Something is off kilter in a world where the Pelicans are able to beat the Grizz 3 out of 3 times.

Currently #7 seed, 3 games behind GSW. With them playing @ LAC tonight we can cut that to 2.

Pelicans give us problems somehow though. I was at the MLK day game and it was SAD. IMO this is the first must-win of the year.

NO is coming off 2 days of rest. Anthony Davis had a 32pt, 17rbd, 6blk night in his last game. This does not bode well.

Grizzlies can drop 6 more games this season in order to win 50. I think this is one of them, but it sure would be nice to beat them. Maybe Marc and KK can give AD enough trouble to break him out of his flow.

We have 19 games remaining. 6 games against teams with better records (MIA(2), IND, GSW, POR, SAS), 12 against worse (NOP, TOR, PHI(2), UTA(2), MIN(2), DEN(2), LAL, PHX) and 1 against one with a similar record (DAL). We need to beat the teams we are supposed to beat -- this is one. Also, we really need to grab the 3/28 game with Golden State, so we own the tie-breaker. (We have the tie-breaker with Portland if they keep dropping games.) Go Grizz!

Have we sent a healthy team against the Pels yet this season?
I'm looking for a substantial win tonight.

Actually, no we haven't. Zach got hurt in the first quarter of the first game; Marc was out for the second; and Tony was out for the third.

Winning this game will give me a real good warm and fuzzy about our team and Joergers coaching growth.

They have been a bad matchup for our main players but we so have the talent to neutralize them if DJ isn't hesitant to utilize it.

NOP is another team that plays our style and our pace so "in the mud" isn't an advantage.
Also being a B2B doesn't help either.
Nick miller JJ and tony need to be leaned on this game.

My first look at their starters had me asking who the heck is Alexis Ajinca? This Hornican team is a half way decent center away from being playoff contenders next year. That and staying healthy.
Our big that isn't playing against Davis should have a good game tonight.
