Thank goodness the Grizzlies are back on the road where they have won games. This game should be interesting.

I'm not sure the Grizzlies shouldn't start Leuer and Z-Bo together instead of Koufos since the Hornets don't have a traditional center and the Grizzlies need to have a PF on the perimeter guarding Anderson.

If we lose this game, season is over. Period.

no, don't play to their weakness - exploit by dominating with Koufos and ZBO. Team defense is the key - don't try to play street ball against the Pelicans they'll run us out of town. STick to grit/grind and another 10+ victory. It seems every game since Marc went out has been a 10 point margin and on +.500 teams we are down 10 and -0.500 teams we win by 10. although we only have 3 victories in that span.

You want to exploit the Hornets weak interior with Kosta Koufas and not worry about Ryan Anderson on the arc? You must have a lot more enthusiasm for Koufas' offense than I have.

Personally I don't expect the team to start Leuer over Koufas but I won't be surprised to see a lineup with Z-Bo in the middle and Leuer at PF. It spreads the paint for Z-Bo to operate against a weaker interior defense and allows a more agile PF to guard Anderson on the perimeter.

Yes this team with Anderson is much more conducive to Leuer than Koufos.

Seriously twilight Zone stuff going on this season. Raise your hand if after last season you thought we would be having serious tactical discussions about how to utilize Jon Leuer to help us win games. Dude is probably now just as important to our offense as zbo because of all of the injuries and the overall terrible shooting ability of the team. insane.

Comment from last night's game that I never thought I would here:

Oh no. Leuer has 3 fouls!

A mark of Leuer's progress is that we're spelling his name right now.

Next up, Kosta KoufOS.

Put Tayshaun on Anderson. Aminu isn't going to do anything on the perimeter, so Zach can guard him. We need Tony back for Eric Gordon.

Expecting Ryan to hit 7/8 three pointers and go for 30 then...

Your welcome . Sorry about the little typo. The secret is to keep your perspective while others around are losing theirs.

Frustration reigns right now. But people on this board wouldn't be here if they didn't care.

yeah keep all 3 out there but goodness knows we need Koufos out there he's got to break out for us to have a chance with Gasol down. Koufos needs to be avg. 16/10 each night and then I will pop the pinata.

We sure need TA back for this game. Here's hoping we get him and Davis back. Getting a win in NOLA would be sweet.

And be able to shoot better than 40% would be welcome as well. :)

I was in Rio taking a sunbath at the beach, I saw Marc and TA laying on the sand wearing shades. I said "Hey guys when are you coming back? TA said "I'm still a bit sore, ....garcon where is my Pina-Colada?!" :P

It's a Grizz win 89-86 but don't bet on it :)

I mean, even John Wall can hit 3's on the Grizz, so I wouldn't rule Aminu out, hell, he's at least made more than two over the past two seasons.
