Agreed. A very big game. Not a must win but **** close since we haven't beaten San Antonio since Game 6 of the 2011 playoffs. Fans don't want the Spurs to stretch their lead out in the dvision any more either. A win pulls the Grizzlies within 1.5 games of the Spurs who still have the rodeo road trip ahead of them. Sure would be nice to start seeing them get a little nervous again.

Or shoud we bench the five starters and only play the scrubs? The Grizzlies just finished a 3 games in 4 nights set, the Spurs starts another 3 games in 4 nights (at Mavs on Saturday and Clippers here on Monday) and then face another 3 games in 4 nights after that. Wouldn't it be a slap in Pop's face if we did to him what he did to Miami?

Good time to play them. We're coming off a 3 game road sweep and it's a Friday in the FEF. It's time to put a whoooping on those boys

Sometimes the home game right after coming home from a road trip can be a trap game in that a team may relax and think they will win simply because they are at home. SA is, well....lets just say they are a fairly decent road team. LOL

So the Grizz just need to treat this like another road game and please stay focused. We have the Spurs tomorrow, DAL on Sat, then Clips on Monday then the Spurs again at SA. This will be a tough stretch right here. Grizz will learn a lot about themselves over the next week or so.

Big game, statement game. If we can win, it would solidify that we're back to our November form, and prove everyone wrong who wrote us off after a slump. Let's go Grizz!!

I think I want to win this more than any game so far... excluding opening night against LAC.

Saragin has it 99.3 Grizzlies with the home court to 97.6 Spurs for a 1.7 advantage. I think we will take it!

Spurs are struggling on the road lately. I think they have lost 6 of their last 8 or something like that including losing to New Orleans on the road. The Hornets had lost their previous 7 home games so that was a big upset.

We need to shoot (and make) a lot of threes to win. Jackson, Ginobli, Bonner, Neal, Green, Leonard are all 3pt shooters and are gonna be launching.

Marc and Timmy with two fouls early. This could get interesting.

Is it just me, or does Speights really get a foul in his first minute most games?
