I honestly think this is a must win. We need to get back on track against a quality team.

Sub 0.500 team is a quality team?

The record does not tell the whole story with them. There is a lot of good going on in their roster. The Nuggets will take a while and have some growing pains, but I expect them to hit stride mid-season and make some waves, like us circa two years ago.

The schedulers were not kind to us this week. Three games in four nights all against teams we've historically struggled against. All on the road.

IMO, this is easier game than @UTA. If we drop this one, we very well could be looking at an 0-3 road trip.

They are a team with great potential and they have quite a few pieces but the truth is that they suck and the Grizzlies have no excuse to lose to such a poor team especially with them beating us at home and coming from back-to-back losses.

The Nuggets just lost at Minnesota the other night. We need to win this game because a red-hot Utah team is on the calendar tomorrow too.

Did deeper dude. The Nuggets have played a ton of road games and a tough schedule which includes 17 road games to 6 home games and 16 of 23 teams with winning records, contributing to their 11-12. They are 5-1 at home. I would suspect that a lot of teams would be around .500 with a schedule like that. They got a lot of weapons and one of the few teams that come at you hard for 48 minutes.

Pepsi is a tough place to play and the Nuggets are better than their record would suggest. By my count, these guys have played the fewest number of games at home in the league.

I think Grizz take it if they can keep DEN off the glass (especially offensive), prevent Gallinari from getting hot/confident early, and can just get back to playing inside/out ball.

I'm flying out to Denver this afternoon and get to go to this game, so that coupled with the fact that it's on ESPN makes me especially want the W. Grind Forth!

I saw that and hated that they lost. I know its not like playing a team that has lost 7 straight--which we could obviously not handle, but nevertheless Denver being at home coming off a loss will be tougher than they normally are.

The thin air in Denver allows McGee to jump even higher than his already freakish norm. Faried is simply NONSTOP HUSTLE.

Are the Grizzlies talented enough to beat Denver in Denver, by all means. But based on what we have seen the past 2 games, will they???? I honestly doubt it. PHO was the winnable game and we layed the proverbial egg.

Now we have 2 playoff caliber teams in a row on the road at altitude. Utah just beat SA--the Gold Standard for road teams. Denver has already beaten us and knows how to do it.

The nation will get to see the Grizz become 14-6 tonight. Just being real. I will be pulling hard for the opposite, but its a funny thing about basketball, a team becomes exponentially better when it actually can SCORE. Grizz are finding this out the hard way.

Man, I need something to take my mind off of the disturbing events of today, if only for a few hours. Let's give it a good effort tonight, Grizzlies!
