Wow, didn't really realize that Houston blew up the team this much... Southwest has gotten a lot easier the past two seasons.

The Rockets are full of tweener forwards. I'm actually looking forward to seeing Royce White play once he can cope with his anxiety issues.

Yeah its crazy how much the Rockets are investing in rooks this year. Isnt it good to not have to worry about a rookie having to produce as a starter now? lol Love our young, veteran team. Always hated Terrence Jones last year at Kentucky, he was always a douche. Cant wait to see ZBO big boy this cat, PUT YA BALLS ON HIS HEAD ZBO!!

"Linsanity" v/s Conley. Should be interesting.

"Linsanity" was nothing but a glorified parlor trick. He had a crazy hot streak last season with a Knicks team that was desperate for someone to take the reigns, but that doesn't make him a Superstar. Has anyone seen what he's been doing in the preseason? It's beyond dreadful. Despite playing 22+ minutes in three games, he's only shot 0.221 from the field (3-19). He's also been averaging nearly 2.5 turnovers a game. His only bright spot is assists (4.7) but that's still overshadowed by the horrible shooting.

Bottom line, Lin will likely be good but not "Linsane". Houston will miss the Playoffs and likely finish near the bottom of the Conference.

In all due respect; it's way to early to count the Rockets out of the play-offs.

Houston has missed the Playoffs the past 3 seasons in a row. They haven't made any significant improvements this year (if anything, they've gotten worse compared to last year) and the already brutal Western Conference has become even more competitive with teams like Minnesota ready to make a legitimate postseason push. It would take a miracle for the Rockets to catch the 8th seed.

IMO, the Playoff picture in the West is already pretty munch mapped out. LAL, LAC, SAS, OKC, MEM, and DEN are in and MIN, UTA, DAL, PHO and possibly POR will battle it out for the 7th and 8th spots. SAC, HOU, GSW, and NOH will be on the outside looking in.

I'm gonna miss the whole game tonight and I'm bummed. I'm gonna be looking forward to hear about what all was happening with the SG spot, especially Selby.

Boy, wouldn't I love that! I'll settle for 2-5 threes if the percentages are good though.
