Trivia/random question:

Does GS lead the league in US players who didn't attend college? I count 4.

Monta Ellis
Jeremy Tyler
Dorell Wright
Kwame Brown (former beloved star of the Memphis Grizzlies)

I don't know why the warriors scare me as a fan. Or maybe its only Ellis. We should be fine as long as we don't let Nate Robinson light us up.

trap game. GS got worked in OKC tonight. starters didn't play a lot of minutes. i'm sure they'll come out playing extra hard against us tomorrow. especially considering what happened in our last matchup with them. gotta play 48 minutes of gritNgrind basketball.

Wow, Gasol and Gay both played over 41 minutes tonight, 38 for Conley and 34 for Speights. This could be tough if our guys lack energy.

Gotta stop Curry and Ellis......see if the others can beat us. Doubt it.

When the Grizzlies get rolling (as they are now) it takes a lot more talent than the Warriors have at their disposal to slow us down.

Yes, it's the second of a back-to-back, but it is still at home and with no travel in between games. If we were able to win the NJ game, there's no reason we shouldn't be able to take this one in front of a decent Saturday night crowd.

The last game would remind the Grizzlies that the Warriors can lights out shoot and is a very dangerous team. I believe they will not take them lightly....Lets go Grizzlies!!!!!

Because when this team is on, they can beat anyone in the NBA.

Would be great for confidence to get an easy win here. I don't expect it though!

Maybe, but the Griz have a bit of a history in such situations. Opponent's 20+-ppg scorer is out, Hobo McScrub fills in, goes for 30 against a career average of 0.0003

Why is this? I've always been baffled by this. Does this happen to other teams as well? What is the answer?!?!

(Hobo McScrub! Haha)

Agreed. I hope the "Mo Speights Express" keeps chugging along. He had another 10 boards last night after 18 in NJ. David Lee is tough around the basket. I hope Mo just keeps doing what he has been doing--being a vacuum cleaner on the boards and hitting some timely shots.

Oh Lord, another team that we face that loves to shoot the freaking 3 pointer. Im getting sick of having to sweat these games out because our opponent just chunks up 3 after 3 after 3.

Our perimeter D has to be solid and hopefully Monta wont go off for 35+. Last I saw, he is listed as questionable for tonight. Anybody heard anything more up to date?? Sure wouldnt mind Monta sitting this one out and letting that hyperextended knee rest for a game.

I have no sympathy for teams who are down a player or two after what we have had to battle this year. Dont care how we get a win, just get it.

This happens to Grizz all the freaking time. Corey Brewer with a season high last night. Rookie Faried with a coming out party--double double 18 and 10. We just cant seem to stop Johnny Benchwarmer from the opposing team.

Please tell me this isnt another "throwback night." Clippers and Spurs are wearing throwback unis this afternoon. I really dont want to see those yellow and green things tonight.
