Man.....I really want the Grizzlies to win this game.....Can't go 0-3 against the Thunder.....gotta stop the bench from being so productive. Mainly Harden....he's such a pest and that horrible hair do has got to go, I mean the stuff on his face.

Hate to say it, I really do, but this game is going to hurt. Without Zach, we are just totally outmanned here. And I'm not dissing the Grizz. But sometimes you just have to realize that there are teams that are just better, more talented, deeper, the whole 9.

Even with Zach, it would be tough. We have no backup point guard so Mike C has to be responsible for getting our stagnate offense going on one end and staying in front of Russell Westbrook on the other. Nobody can do that with no rest.

Now if we had a healthy DA AND Zach with Rudy back playing within the offense, we can give OKC a run for their money, but not the team we have now. Just not enough hosses.

Speights is gonna cry himself to sleep thinking of Ibaka. It's not too good of a matchup for Cunningham either but would love to see him go tit for tat with Collison

I didn't realize that OKC is starting Cook now, I bet Conley guards him and TA is on Westbrook.

Rudy needs to get his 20+ in this game make Durant work on both ends.

Also we are 9 and 1 when rudy gets 20.

Tony can't get in early foul trouble. If he does, we're done.

We need a strong start! We need to establish an inside out game! We need to rebound like crazy!

I want this WIN WIN WIN more than any this season.

I think this can be a close one and if it is, then I believe we will win! Rudy will show up against Durant and OJ will take on Westbrook. Hate Westbrook SO MUCH!!! Dont hate me but I wont feel bad if he gets injured!!! Go Grizzlies!!! OJ for backup PG from here on! Grizzlies win by 3:)

He used to do poorly when handling the ball, but this is a new OJ. He can create, dribble shoot, and has been attacking the basket. I LOVE IT! Pargo and Selby should not get time at PG over OJ.

I feel like this game is the key to our season. If we can beat the thunder at home, it will give the grizzlies the confidence that they can play with anyone, which I don't believe that they had the confidence going 2 - 8 against winning records. Now we've taken down denver, atlanta and okc is the next step.

Agreed. A win at OKC could do wonders for the guys' confidence.

Two words describe my feelings toward the next game: O, SH....T! :D
For OKC I can't say "Contain Kevin Durant" because you can't! And even if Tony got lucky and KD didn't jump-shoot over him then Westbrook would crash at the basket & score. Those two and their 55 points aside we have to deal with Perkins and Harden who's got killer 3-pointers.
I would put Rudy on Durant, Mayo on Harden, Tony on Westbrook and Marc or "what's left of HH on the bench" on Perkins.

If they play as good as they did in ATL then the Grizzlies have a fighting chance....I know OKC won't lay down like ATL did though.

I definantly think Hollins will put OJ at backup PG like he did against ATL and he should.

This is a true gut check for our guys. OKC is miles better than last season and their bench is what I want ours to be. However, our guys know what it's like to play in the trenches. When the deck is stacked against them, we still can win. GO GRIZZLIES!!

OJ Mayo is a matchup nightmare at PG slot i've been saying it for years now. just a nightmare.

OJ Mayo vs James Harden

whoever outplays the other gets the crown of best young SG in the NBA right now.
those two dudes are balling out of their minds.

The thing is, virtually every game we playing against the Thunder comes down to the last minute or two of the game. We're fairly evenly matches even without Zbo.
