Memphis trades: Mike Conley, Jeremey Pargo
Memphis recieves: Luke Ridnour, Derick Williams

Minnesota trades: Luke Ridnour, Chase Budinger, Derick Williams, 2013 1st Round Pick
Minnesota recieves: Derick Favours, Gordon Heyward

Utah trades: Derick Favours, Gordon Heyward
Utah recieves: Mike Conley, Chase Budinger, Jeremey Pargo, 2013 1st Round Pick

Memphis Grizzlies: Ridnour isn't as good as Conley, but he isn't too far away. Wroten could take over next year. We get rid of Pargo. Williams is a potential star we can have coming off our bench until Randolph's contract is up. It's also a two rotation players for one deal which helps us keep a good bench w/ a still almost as effective starting unit. We would still have room to sign Speights and a good SG.

Ridnour, Wroten
Allen, Selby, FA
Gay, Pondexter
Randolph, Williams, Cunningham
Gasol, Speights

Minnesota Timberwolves: They relieve their glut at PG, upgrade from Budinger to Heyward, and replace Williams w/ Favors who they can play next to Kevin Love.

Utah Jazz: They need a PG desperately after dealing Harris. Conley is better than they could get probably anywhere. Pargo is an inexpensive backup. They relieve their frontcourt glut. Budinger is an adaquate replacement for Heyward, and the 1st rounder helps as well.
