Rick was one the best Grizzlies ever... never did anything wrong. Just a professional.

I can't remember him even missing a shot for the Grizzlies! What a great player. He will be missed.

This sucks. I can't wait to rub it in your face when Ricky starts not playing for the Heat at a whole other level than here.

I won't miss all the threads started by LilRickySanchez about how he's one of the best Puerto Rican players in Grizzlies history.

Before this gets moved to NBA D League Talk. Here is his history, from wikipedia. (edited for only NBA teams)

He was drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers with 35th pick of the 2005 NBA Draft, and was immediately traded to the Denver Nuggets for their selection, Jarrett Jack.

Sanchez was then traded to the Philadelphia 76ers on September 10, 2007.

Sixers traded the rights to Ricky Sanchez on March 15, 2012 for Memphis Grizzlies forward Sam Young.

On February 21, 2013, international rights to Sanchez were traded to the Miami Heat for Dexter Pittman and a 2013 second round draft pick in an attempt to clear roster space for the Heat

Let's not forget the stellar career he had at the University of Memphis before he was a Grizz. That's right, Sanchez was a Calipari commit. He'll always be remembered for his value to both our Memphis hoop teams! #HonararyMemphianForLife

Just my luck. Ordered his jersey yesterday.

Best wishes, Ricky! And start thinking about what you'll miss about Memphis now--just to be prepared.

If it wasn't for the hatred of the fans, he would have still been here.
